Membership
Tuxedo Junction is a smoke-free private club for members and their guests. Membership is $20 a year per person. You must be at least 21 years of age to join. In order to comply with club rules and State ABC Law, only members and their guests will be admitted to the club. Membership applications are available and accepted at the front door. Membership Requirements and Guest Policy
1. You must be 21 or older to apply.
2. Only members in good standing and their guests shall be admitted to Tuxedo Junction, Inc., hereafter referred to as
the Club.
3. Anyone seeking membership shall fill out a membership application form adopted by the Membership Committee,
which shall be approved or disapproved by the Committee.
4. No membership may be granted sooner than 3 days after the applicant submits a completed written application to
the Club.
5. All persons whose membership applications are approved shall be issued a membership card.
6. Failure of member to pay the annual fee or any assessment shall result in the member being suspended and
ineligible to use the Club’s facilities.
7. Annual membership fees as follows: $20 per year. Membership Committee may determine to raise membership fee
at any time.
8. A membership may be suspended or revoked by the Membership Committee for failure to comply with the Club’s
rules or State ABC Law.
9. Any member in good standing, or their bona fide guests, shall be entitled to use the facilities during hours determined
and posted by the Club. During times that all or part of the Club facilities are not used by the general membership,
the Club shall have the right to lease all or part of the facilities to or through a member for a group or company
private party or special event, the proceeds from the rental to insure the benefit of the Club.
10. Persons in an intoxicated condition will not be allowed to enter or remain in the Club or on the Club property, and no
alcoholic beverages sales will be made to intoxicated or underage persons.
11. Boisterous or indecent conduct will not be allowed in the Club or on the Club property.
12. Other rules and regulations governing membership may be promulgated by the Board of Directors after posting
notice at the Club that a meeting will be held to discuss such rules and regulations, members being afforded the
opportunity to attend such meetings and be heard. Minor changes in membership rules and regulations in
membership may be adopted and enforced by the Membership committee upon the general authority of the Board.
